We strictly adhere to FSA requirements providing Initial Disclosure documents and Demands and Needs statements. In the extremely rare event that you would have cause to complain we have a fully formatted Complaints Procedure and as an authorised firm you may refer your complaint if not satisfied to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Similarly we operate our own strict professional reporting procedures and service level agreements. Along with our own internal auditing we are regularly audited by our major insurance suppliers.

At levels more than enough to satisfy the Financial Services Authority, Protector carry Professional Indemnity insurance and operate at high margins of capital solvency. We are also covered under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and you would be entitled to redress from the scheme in the extremely unlikely event that we could not meet our obligations.
