People who use our services

CoverMy Cab offers services relating to specialised areas of insurance, such as taxi insurance. In order to provide these services we have to hold the details of the people who have requested the service. However, we only use these details to provide the service the person has requested and for other closely related purposes. For example, we might use information about people who have requested a publication to carry out a survey to find out if they are happy with the level of service they received. When people do use our services, they can cancel their enrolment at any time by contacting us directly.


CoverMy Cab and its agents may use your information to keep you informed by e-mail or direct mail about insurance and financial products and services that may be of interest to you. Your information may also be disclosed and used for these purposes after your insurance policy has lapsed.

You can contact us at any time to have your details removed from lists used by us for direct marketing purposes.

Your right to change your personal information

You can ask us to update or remove your personal information by e-mail or by writing to the Customer Service Team the details of which are on our website under contact us.

You also have the right to request a copy of all the personal information we hold about you. To do this, simply write to us at the following address enclosing a cheque for £10.00 payable to J&M Insurance Services (UK) Ltd to cover our administrative costs in dealing with your request:-
